We believe in:

  • The only true God, who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4, Isa. 44:6, Matt. 28:19, 2 Cor. 13:14)

  • God, who is love and who is holy, holy, holy, the almighty Creator of all things. (Gen. 1:1-2,1 John 4:8b, Isa. 6:3)

  • The authority of the Bible, as the unique, divinely inspired, inerrant Word of God, trustworthy in its entirety. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)

  • The value and dignity of all people, who were created in God’s image to live in love and holiness. (Gen. 1:26-27, Lev. 19:2, Matt. 5:48, Eph 5:1-2, Eph 1:4-5)

  • The separation of all people from God and each other because of our sin and guilt. All people are justly subject to God’s wrath. (Rom. 3:23, Rom. 6:23, Gen 3:16, Eph. 2:1-3)

  • Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who is both fully human and fully divine.  He lived as a perfect example. (Heb. 2:17, Rom 9:5, Phil. 2:6, Col. 1:19, 1 John 2:6)

  • Jesus Christ’s death on the cross, where He took God’s judgment of sinners on himself.  He was bodily raised from the dead and ascended as Lord and Savior. (Eph 1:7, Eph 2:4-6, Col. 1:20, Heb 9:22, 1 Cor. 15:3-6)

  • Justification by God’s grace for anyone who repents and believes in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. (1 John 1:9, Eph 2:8-9)

  • The Holy Spirit, the fully divine Third Person of the Trinity, who dwells within all believers, giving them a new life and calling to discipleship. (Matt. 3:16-17, Rom. 8:26-27, Rom. 8:11, Eph. 1:13-14, Acts 1:8)

  • The unity of all believers in Jesus Christ, who together are the worshiping Church that witnesses to others and actively makes disciples. Each member of the Church has unique passions and giftings to be used for the building up of the Church and for God’s glory. (1 Cor. 12:12, Matt. 28:19, Acts 1:8, 1 Pet. 4:10, 1 Cor. 12:4-6, Eph 4:11-16)

  • The future return of Jesus Christ, who will reign victoriously and judge with justice, giving eternal life to those who believe in him and eternal condemnation to those who don’t. (Rev. 22:1-5, Acts 17:31, Dan. 12:2, John 5:24, Acts 1:11, 1 Cor. 15: 51-52)

  • God’s glory forever. (Rom. 11:36)

We believe that in this moment in time God is calling engineers and engineering students to use their unique passions and gifts to love and serve the world around them, particularly those places that would not otherwise have access to the services that these engineers and engineering students can provide.
